In releasing his endorsement, Councilmember Andrews had this to say:
“Long Beach needs leaders we can believe in. I have known Cindy for many years as she was student body president at Poly and she embodies the Poly motto of Scholars and Champions. She went on to get a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree and serve our community well. Cindy has made Poly proud and has made the residents of Long Beach Proud. Cindy will make an excellent City Council member and she has my full support and endorsement.”

I’m honored to receive Councilmember Andrews’ endorsement. Councilmember Andrews has been a steadfast leader and advocate of Long Beach. I look forward to working with him to improve Long Beach through expanding city services, growing our small business community, and improving public safety.
